A Manhattan based firm focused on social infrastructure is looking for a Project Architect with CA experience to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Project Manager and Principal through all phases.
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables.
  • Responsible for developing and coordinating construction documents.
  • Representing the firm in dealing with clients and public agencies.
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with multiple consultants.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Junior staff.

Skills and experience:

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Architecture License and Green Building credentials (LEED, PHI/PHIUS, or LFA) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of NYC zoning and codes strongly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong design skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail.
  • Expertise in BIM (Revit) standards and systems is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with City Agencies is a big plus.

Compensation:  $85K – $125K
