Northworks Architects is seeking dynamic project managers and project architects to join our award winning Aspen office. The position offers the experience of working locally in a collaborative environment with the entire Northworks team on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Rocky Mountains and across the country. This is an opportunity to be part of a young, creative firm with a diverse project base, including new high‐end residential, hospitality, resorts, and historic renovations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related design field
- 5 to 15 years experience in an architecture firm, involved in all phases of design and construction (well experienced in Construction Documentation and Construction Administration)
- Strong software skills with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Sketch Up
- Sense of humor and positive outlook!
- Ability to lead and guide the production of construction documents
- Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations
- Perform QA/QC
- Coordination skills: consultants, schedule, construction administration, etc.
- Leadership and mentorship of staff and internal project team

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are able to work in-person at either office will be prioritized, and relocation stipends are available for the right person.
