Our residential work ranges from custom residential to smaller multifamily and PUD work. DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
  • High level of experience with codes, zoning, and other governing ordinances, and the overall planning and building approval processes.
  • Literate in Revit, Adobe, and other key software
  • Proficient in wood and steel building systems design and detailing
  • Able to lead client meetings and other team members
  • Passionate about learning, growth, and life in general

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PM Position

  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to manage client meetings and communication
  • Properly track project milestones (SD, DD, CD, Bidding, CA)
  • Perform quality control (QC)
  • Generate redlines and oversee corrections of deliverables
  • Properly track compliance with project scope and project budget
  • Ability to manage and educate team members
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to project hours/resources needed for a project and a given milestone

Firm Growth

  • Work with partners and senior staff members to analyze current systems and practices for areas of improvement
  • Assist current Job Captains and Project Managers and other team members in achieving their potential through education/training
  • Review current detail library and manage needed areas of improvement

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 4 years managing projects
  • Experienced at dealing with governing jurisdictions and departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable overseeing staff and their professional growth
  • Comfortable running client or governing jurisdiction meetings
  • Driven individual who is passionate about our profession and the built environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is a plus
