Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Developing design work – including concepts, drawing sets, and technical documents
  • Managing scope, bid, change orders, submissions, construction and project timelines
  • Training and mentoring junior staff
  • Contributing and committed to the growth of Bespoke Only

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an interior/architecture firm. 3+ years of leading role of New York city projects
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape and SketchUp. Strong free-hand skill is a plus
  • Experience in construction administration
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated; Willing to learn and teach; Solution seeker
  • Experience with DOB and LPC filings
  • Willing to travel. Must drive.
