Range of Qualifications needed – applicants need not meet all qualifications

Team Captain: 5 years’ experience managing and executing design and documents for multi-family apartments
Skilled in organization, multitasking, communication—capable of advancing simultaneous projects in different phases including design, entitlement, documentation, permitting
Professional in client interface, under direction of Partner-in-Charge
Navigate municipal processes: ability to work with zoning ordinances, AHJ approval/entitlement
Experienced in site plan development and planning
Ability to work in prototype-based projects
Coordinate consultant team and internal project team
Manage and meet schedules
Generate drawings using prototype components developed/based in Revit Cloud
Skilled in architectural detailing
Perform site planning in ACAD for ease of transfer with consultant team
Software skills to include Excel, database management
Capability with Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign
