GLUCK+, a 40+ person design firm located in Harlem, is seeking a strong designer interested in participating in its unique Architect Led Design Build practice.

Skills and Qualifications: Candidates should have between 3-15 years of architectural and/or construction experience, and have the following:

  • A professional Architectural Degree (BArch or March) from an accredited institution
  • REVIT expertise with ability to further the office’s BIM capabilities
  • Autocad expertise
  • Proficiency with Rhino or Sketch-up and rendering software such as Enscape or equivalent.
  • Experience working on high-end residential homes, institutional, or multi-family buildings in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
  • On site construction and/or CA Experience is highly valued
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented individuals with strong design skills
  • Good Technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Meets deadlines and has good time management skills
  • Materials and systems research capability
  • Physical model-making experience a plus

Compensation: 

  • Salary range is $65,000 to $110,000 depending on experience level and skill set
