The ideal candidate will already have post Part 2 experience, however, I am also open to speaking with fresh Part 2 graduates with at least their year out Part 1 experience (in a UK based practice). To succeed in this role you should be a confident communicator and boast design flare.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part 1 and 2 recognised degrees.
- At least your year out Part 1 industry experience and ideally post Part 2 experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Strong design and technical abilities demonstrated throughout your portfolio.
- Able to complete work to a high standard within the given time frames.
- Good knowledge of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Support the more senior members of the team across design stages.
- Hardworking and can-do attitude towards your work.
