Minotti London is seeking an outbound sales specialist to join its team in London.

Minotti London is the exclusive distributor of Minotti Furniture, the Italian leading luxury brand in the UK. We serve architects, interior designers as well as ultra high net worth individuals, helping them with their unique interiors projects. Minotti London is a family-run business with over 40 years experience in the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated person
with an eye for detail to join us as an outbound sales specialist to contribute upwards of £1m of annual sales.

The outbound sales specialist is responsible for weekly outreach to new and existing clients to build up as well as maintain quality relationships. You will continuously create and improve relationships which help us deliver on our ambitious business goals. These relationships will help you find new projects, assist clients through the product selection and closing the sale. You will meet bi-monthly with company director to present your pipeline, new projects as well as  progress on existing projects.

Through targeted phone calls, emails and in person outreach as well as through social media, you will discover how Minotti London might be able to help clients realise their projects. You will help clients throughout the project, deliver a design concept within  the timeframe and budget. Outbound sales people are supported by back office sales administrators in creating quotes, invoices, organising logistics and deliveries. Additional support from the directors is offered if needed to close critical projects.

Once familiar with the collection you will be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the products and embody Minotti’s brand values.

We offer a competitive base salary in line with experience and commission on sales as well as personal and team bonus for hitting annual sales targets.
