This industry leading landscape studio in Sydney’s East is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage their garden maintenance team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the execution of all garden and landscape maintenance across a high-end residential client base.

This is an exciting opportunity to hone and develop your leadership skills whilst going above and beyond to ensure maintenance services are delivered to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team to deliver exceptional maintenance outcomes
Work collaboratively with management to ensure projects are effectively resourced
Implement maintenance programs according to season and individual landscape requirements
Perform landscape maintenance activities as required onsite including hedging, trimming, seasonal pruning & turf maintenance

Skills and Experience

4+ years experience in the landscape industry and general garden maintenance, in particular high end residential landscape design
Ability to tend to new landscapes and ensure they reach their full potential
Self motivated with strong work ethic and pride in your work
In depth plant, weed, pest and disease identification knowledge
Confidence using power equipment such as hedge trimmers, whipper snipper, brush cutter, and mower
Experience planting and mulching for soft landscaping works and turf renovations
Sound knowledge of Safe Work procedures and their implementation
High attention to detail and time management skills
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
Current unrestricted drivers license
Horticulture qualification is desirable
