Mackin Architects, PLLCWe are seeking a qualified, demonstrated Junior Architectural Designer to join our well-established practice. Candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years experience and must be creative with strong design skills and a thorough knowledge of high end, custom and single-family residential construction.
Candidate must be able to:
- Work closely with the Principal Designer developing designs for private clients.
- Assist in the production of construction documents with excellent organization and documentation skills.
- Work directly with the Principal and project architects through all phases of a project including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, 3D modeling and presentations.
Other responsibilities include:
- Documentation of as-built/existing conditions
- Selection and sourcing of interior and exterior materials, lighting, appliances, plumbing and related accessories
Qualifications:
5+ years professional experience, with a minimum of a Bachelor of Architecture (Registration a plus but not required), Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and the Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite of products.
