Clodagh Design is looking for a talented Interior Designer with luxury, hotels, restaurant and high-end residential experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a creative, self-motivating and meticulous individual that is willing to embark on amazing projects and a rewarding professional experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 6-8 years of professional working experience.
Experience in interior design for hospitality and high-end residential projects.
Manage all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects.
Excellent CAD, REVIT, Photo Shop and Sketch Up skills
Experience with creating all project documentation, including Design Development and Construction sets, plus doing Construction Administration through the end of projects.
Provide excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of environmental and sustainability friendly products.
Must be a US green card holder or US citizen and currently living in NYC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exhibits understanding of the firm’s design philosophy.
Project Leadership on Interior Design, including lead of in house team, Project consultants, and Client.
Exhibit strong communication skills with relation to client interaction.
Ability to produce complete construction drawings.
Coordinate with outside consultants and vendors.
Have a good understanding of interior finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and F, F & E schedules and budgets for hospitality and residential projects.
Proficiency in millwork detailing and specifications and reviewing shop drawings
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
