Integrated Design Associates Ltd, Hong Kong, is currently seeking:

 

We are a design orientated, award-winning architectural practice specialising in the design and planning of airport / transport infrastructure, sustainable and unique building types.  Due to an increased workload opportunity is now available for talented, creative architects at all levels to join our highly talented team at our main office in Hong Kong.

 

We are looking for architects who can demonstrate leadership in a multi-disciplinary team, take initiative to solve problems creatively.  Reporting to the Principal and Directors, we expect the successful candidate in a senior position to lead a team and work with our clients and contractors independently. With growth in managerial and leadership skills we anticipate the right candidate will assist in further developing our business, cultivating new opportunities with established and new clients locally and internationally.

As Architect your responsibilities will include:

– Acting Architect in a multi-disciplinary team or as Project Architect / Team Leader of the project;
– Reviewing, coordinating, managing the quality and timely delivery of outputs by the architectural team;
– Being a role model for the team in setting the standards, including the management of design expectations and timely delivery of outputs;
– Being the ambassader of the company through liaising, coordinating, making presentations to our partners and clients; and
– Administrating, managing the architectural team resources, contract, project documents, and reporting to the Directors regularly.
– Taking a proactive role in the creative process, including the formulation of concepts / innovative ideas, methodology and documentation throughout various stages;
– Growing personal skills in designing and managing the project and team efficiently, including the grooming of future talent or leaders in your team; and
– Sharing experience and knowledge through reporting to the Directors and peers the state of the project on regular basis.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in CAD (MicroStation and / or AutoCAD), 3D modeling programs, BIM (Revit) will be preferable, Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), and Microsoft Office applications.  Additional skills and talents relevant to the job descriptions will be considered favourably.
