About this role

An international firm is looking for an Intermediate Architect with 7+ years of experience to join their New York office. This position will have the opportunity to work on multiple typologies, at varying scales, and on both national and international projects.

Role and responsibilities

Develop creative design concepts and translate them into effective collaborative documents
Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
Mentor junior staff

Key skills and experience

A degree in Architecture
7+ years of post-graduate, professional experience
Majority of experience on non-residential projects
An understanding of the process of translating design concepts into building assemblies
A desire to work on all phases of a project through construction completion
Proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling
Intermediate knowledge of construction materials, finishes and details
