GB Architecture has an immediate need for an experienced Job Captain to join our team.
Sign-On Bonus of $1,500*
About you: You’re looking for a stable, long-term position within a small boutique architecture firm based out of Southern California. You enjoy being a part of community-visible projects. You’re a professional, yet don’t mind being part of a fun-loving team. You have at least three years of experience in the field of architecture. You’re proficient in AutoCAD (bonus if you have a BA in Architecture; however it’s not required). You’re able to work independently and make sound judgement calls, however, you know when to seek out supervision and guidance as needed.
What you can expect: To be part of a creative team assigned to projects that have a positive impact in the community. You’ll report to the Project Manager and be a key member of our architect team, working on both commercial and residential projects. You’ll have a hybrid work option with two days a week remote!

Location is Irvine, CA
Hybrid option
Full Time, Exempt
Pay range is $60,000 – $84,000
Health benefits and retirement package
Sign-On bonus to be paid as follows: ½ on first paycheck, ½ after 90 days employment
