Description: LDA is currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager with extensive experience in Revit to join its team located in Burbank, CA. Qualified candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. The candidate must be capable of producing contract documents in Revit. Experience in retail architecture, especially shopping centers; regional, neighborhood and power centers is preferred. The candidate will be expected to perform a variety of architectural and management tasks beginning with; concept design, design development documents, construction documents, project scheduling, project coordination with consulting engineers, directing junior staff and shop drawing review.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
5-10 years total experience
Strong Revit Skills
SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD and Rendering capabilities a plus
Architectural license is preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes
Ability to communicate effectively with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
