Job Description

This entry-level position implements BIM and VDC technology to assist in the design and construction coordination process. Ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an Architecture, Construction or Engineering program and possesses strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and enjoys working within a fast-paced innovative environment.




  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  2. Previous experience working in the AEC industry preferred but not required



  1. Understanding of the main principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
  2. BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
  3. Experience in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD. Navisworks is also preferred, but not required
  4. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  5. Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, P6 and/or Synchro preferred, but not required
  6. Highly organized with ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Aptitude for working collaboratively with teams on projects
  8. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  10. High level of professionalism, motivation, attention to detail
  11. Resilient, positive, and confident character



  1. Review and audit 3D models from consultants and contractors in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
  2. Manages BIM Construction Process and ensures BIM Execution Plan is being observed
  3. Conducts Clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage
  4. Issue meeting agenda, minutes, and reports based on coordination
  5. Hold weekly coordination meeting with project team members
  6. Early design review and constructability analysis
  7. Manages/Updates the organization and distribution of BIM projects
  8. BIM and VDC Technology integration in the field
  9. Works alongside Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendents to ensure projects are coordinated correctly and efficiently
