tp bennett is seeking a technical interior designer – associate director to join its practice in London.

The role

This role is highly specialized; a CAD drafter or technical designer exhibiting expert use of AutoCAD, Revit and additional software to create high-quality design drawings for building construction and project creation while including building codes and specifications for design.

Requirements:

  • demonstrable experience in work space design fields
  • London fit out experience
  • strong portfolio is an advantage
  • ability to communicate ideas three dimensionally
  • must have intermediate Revit experience
  • computer literate, with excellent skills in Auto Cad, In Design, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • ability to sketch is desirable
  • excellent conceptual design and presentation skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • a flexible approach to work, especially when travel or long hours of work are required
