Responsibilities
- Support Job Captains, Project Managers, and Designers with development of design drawings, contract documents, and details for highly detailed custom restaurant/hospitality projects
- Assist with the coordination of consultant drawings and technical information
- Help with producing presentation graphics
Qualifications
- Architectural Degree from an accredited design or architectural school
- 3-5 years minimum experience working in a design or architecture firm
- Must have excellent PC-based AutoCAD proficiency (x-refs and layer manager functions)
- Excellent knowledge of Revit
- SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign experience all desirable
- Knowledge of interior design practices, preferably in hospitality
- Proof of 3-D competency and conceptual rendering ability (please specify the programs you are proficient in)
- Experience with the production of all phases of documents from Concept Design through Contract Documents
