As a Designer, you will be responsible for assisting to execute a full range of design deliverables for all types of projects individually and/or as part of a larger team for more complex tasks. You will report directly to the Principal and Junior Partner of the firm as well as Project Managers.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
Display visualization formats ranging from hand sketches to models to realistic renderings, experience in motion graphics is a plus
Proficiency in Revit a must
Proficiencies in Maya, Rhino, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong compositional skills and visualizing abilities
Polished communication skills, both verbal and written
Roots in architectural design and spatial design with strong conceptual thinking skills
Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to take and lead projects without support
Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated character and ability to work as a team player

Essential Functions:

Assist in the conceptual development and execution of all creative deliverables
Manage design projects for environments, exhibits, stage sets, pop-ups and brand activations from concept to completion
Collaborate with other designers, principals, and cross-functional teams on projects and activations
Demonstrate visualization formats ranging from hand sketches to models to realistic renderings
Research and display knowledge of fabrication, technologies, materials, building techniques, and event production methods to a myriad of design projects
Concept and collaborate on overall ideas with a creative eye while working on multiple projects within deadlines, and prioritizing tasks for each
Organize and prepare design concepts for client presentations
Research and pursue ideas for professional and agency development
