Cass Calder SmithCass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors is growing and we are looking for the right candidates to be a part of our talented team. Currently, we are in need of a Senior Project Manager with 5-7+ years experience at our San Francisco office.
The firm is known for creating award-winning commercial, residential, and hospitality projects that span the past thirty years. We are working domestically and internationally from the Bay Area to New York and the Wine Country to the Middle East. The projects range from residences to restaurants, casinos to mixed use developments, and hotels to showrooms. Our goal is to make the buildings and spaces we create relevant, attractive, functional, and timeless.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Masters preferred
- 5-7 years of proven experience in all phases of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision
- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills, REVIT a plus
- 3D modeling skills/sketch up
- Highly developed skills in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, team leadership
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Hands-on approach
- Full-time availability
- Previous experience with hospitality projects is a BIG plus
- Previous experience in high-end residential projects is also a BIG plus
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
