There is an opportunity for a senior Part 3 architect at McLaren Excell in London.

McLaren Excell is an award-winning practice based in West London. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven experienced senior Part 3 to design and lead projects.

Requirements:

a minimum of five years’ working in private practice within the UK
experience managing projects through all RIBA work stages
experience with planning in central London
advanced understanding of building regulations
experience in technical detailing and documentation, and specification writing
ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and the ability to direct and work within a larger team
experience with interior joinery packages and bespoke items detailing
confident construction drawing package experience and technical knowledge of building components
ability to work on several projects simultaneously.

able to collaborate with the rest of the team, give feedback and
good client-fronting skills
manage the internal programme and deadlines for deliverables
excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
