Are you a Senior Landscape Architect who is ready to step up into a leadership and people management focused role? This award-winning Landscape Architecture Practice is seeking a confident Associate (current or emerging) to join their team. You will be an experienced Landscape Architect with excellent people management and client liaison skills. A proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality public realm and city-shaping projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-pedigree team, to lead and produce innovative and advanced designs across public realm, parkland, education, transport and ecological landscapes.
Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from concept design to delivery
Provide support and mentorship to emerging LA’s
Show initiative in identifying problems and leading solutions throughout the design and construction process
Collaborate with key community groups and bring stakeholders/ disciplines together
Manage programming, budgets and deadlines

Skills and experience:

A degree in Landscape Architecture and ideally registration as a Landscape Architect (AILA)
Proven experience covering all areas of design and delivery
Working at a level equivalent to 10+ years experience
A thorough understanding of Australian building codes and standards
Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage client expectations
Experience in managing and mentoring a team with advanced interpersonal skills
Proficient in Vectorworks (ideal)
High level of design, graphic, verbal and written communication skills
