BPA embraces a dynamic approach, employing specialized teams to craft, communicate, and deliver exceptional architecture. We begin by deeply understanding the client’s needs, formulating a creative vision, mapping out an execution plan, maintaining client/team communication, and producing technical documents for an accurate and easy construction process.
Role: Senior Architectural Designer
Experience Level: 7+ Years
Location: St Petersburg, FL, with opportunities to work in Amman, Jordan or the UAE

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement creative concepts that align with the client’s vision and project objectives.
- Present initial design concepts, renderings, and models to the team and client for feedback and approval.
- Collaborate with team and client on design revisions, receiving feedback, proposing ideas, and ensuring effective and thorough communication of ideas, reasons for changes and approvals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring delivery within established parameters.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on classical architecture.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding and application of classical architectural principles.
- Residential (single and multi-family) design experience preferred
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
