Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor and grow staff/project managers
- Coordinate with local building departments and general contractors
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of professional architectural experience
- A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university program
- Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing projects
- Ability to interface with clients and general contractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
