Morphosis ArchitectsMorphosis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Culver City. This role requires seamless integration into a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment and involves close coordination with a project Partner on complex, high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale commercial and master planning projects across all phases—from concept through construction administration.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, manage client communications, and oversee project schedules and deliverables.
- Drive production excellence under tight deadlines, ensuring the delivery of innovative, detail-oriented architectural solutions.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with complex commercial or institutional projects, including extensive involvement in all project phases.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit is required; candidates must demonstrate deep, practical experience in using Revit as a design and documentation tool on large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other visualization tools is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead project teams with a proactive, no-nonsense, hands-on approach.
- Must be available for regular and extended international travel.
- Licensure is a plus but not required.
