Kreeze design studio Responsibilities
• Design Leadership: Lead project design from concept to detail, ensuring alignment with client goals and integrating sustainable or vernacular elements.
• Team Coordination: Act as primary team leader and take responsibility for project deliverables and client servicing. Task delegation and mentoring of jr. Members.
• Project Management: Manage project schedules, coordination with vendors and various other consultants, budgets, and deliverables, including documentation and compliance with local codes.
• Domain Knowledge: Stay Updated with industry standards and by laws along with construction techniques, details and material specifications for compliances.
• Firm Development: Provide proactive feedback, improve office systems and workflows. Stay updated with industry Norms and trends.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with involvement in turnkey projects from concept through completion.
• Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and any rendering software ; experience with both architectural and interior detailing. Familiarity with BIM processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, project and vendor management, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative mindset and an aptitude for mentoring junior staff.
• Familiarity with managing interior design and architectural projects in a turnkey setting, from initial design through to execution.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
