+ Manage and implement all aspects of a project from start to finish, both in design and technical aspects including systems coordination, costing, and construction administration.
+ Act as direct client contact and lead all aspects of project communication including with clients, consultants, and contractors.
+ Expertise and interest in the building code, the process of permitting, and how buildings are constructed.
+ Coordinate staff, schedules, and budgets, and mentor and grow junior staff.

+ Interest in rapid career growth with parallel high degree of responsibility and ownership.
+ Self-starter, driven to take on more than expected and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
+ Motivated to quickly learn and improve as a professional, including developing expertise in both design and technical aspects of architecture.

+ Be a licensed architect or actively working toward licensure.

+ Interest in learning and contributing to other disciplines practiced within 64North including landscape design, construction project management, product design, branding, and web design.

+ Professional degree in Architecture and 5-15 years of work experience in the A&E industry.
+ Proficiency in Rhino, VRay, Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign.
