Revit Specialist / Designer / Architect

Daniel Joseph Chenin Ltd. is a Las Vegas-based award-winning, multi-disciplinary design studio redefining luxury with an integrated approach that blurs the lines between design disciplines and project typologies. We are currently seeking to fulfill the position of Revit Specialist / Designer / Architect* for an in office (not remote) position working out of our Las Vegas, Nevada office.

*Architect Licenses not required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the United States
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and self-produce drawings and details using Revit at all project phases.
  • Document at + 400 LOD with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding junior team members and providing mentorship.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with professional correspondence
  • Produce meeting minutes, RFl and submittal responses during construction
  • Knowledge of building codes
  • Authorized to work in the USA

NICE TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or another related field
  • Professional Licensure, and/or actively pursuing
  • Experience with production tools such as – Bluebeam, Adobe, etc
  • Experience in luxury residential
