COOKFOXResidential Interior Designer
COOKFOX Architects is seeking a practiced interior designer with 4-5 years of professional experience in luxury single-family residential projects. This position focuses on highly crafted interior architecture with an emphasis on the selection of high-end finishes, fixtures, and fittings, the development of refined architectural and millwork details, and the coordination of different trades including MEP and lighting. This position requires excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in luxury single-family residential design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience in Concept Design through Construction Documentation.
- Excellent design skills, communication and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
- Professionalism in dealing with a variety of consultants, vendors and clients.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic skills.
- Software skills: Revit, Sketch-up, and Adobe Suite required. AutoCAD a plus.
