Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop high-quality materials that align with marketing and business development priorities while meeting tight and competing deadlines; products include presentations, proposals, and other business development and marketing deliverables.
  • Create innovative, client-specific collateral focused on developing new client and owner relationships as well as opportunities to expand our core focus of delivering award-winning public work globally.
  • Demonstrate strong layout design skills, understanding the architectural space, and with an appreciation for the built environment.  Collateral should synthesize complex ideas in a straightforward and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical and design aspects of the studio to develop and deliver high-quality, stand-out proposals, presentations, and competition submittals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development team to prepare proposals including formatting, layout, technical writing, content development, and proofreading.
  • Coordinate content updates for the website, social media, and newsletter with the marketing team.
  • Position requires a self-starter, focused on a relentless pursuit of quality with an innate understanding of proportion and scale, a problem solver, and an effective communicator with senior leadership and team peers alike.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, design, or a similar field.
  • Five years’ experience
  • Experience in the Architecture/Construction/Engineering field a must
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and oral
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, solution-seeking attitude and a high sense of personal responsibility
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suites.
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive, work independently or in a team setting, and establish priorities.
  • Exhibit initiative, creativity, adaptability, and accountability.
  • Ability to take creative direction from and collaborate closely with the creative lead.
  • Ability to analyze brand guidelines and take actionable steps to execute a vision.
  • Passionate about design and willing to learn.
  • Ability to process creative feedback in a flexible and meaningful manner.
