Garrett Singer Architecture + DesignGarrett Singer Architecture + Design is looking to hire a highly motivated Project Manager who is a team player with excellent AutoCAD and communication skills. Ideal candidate will be a well-organized, detail-oriented individual who is accustomed to working on hospitality projects.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee their project teams, drafters on a daily basis
Coordinate and develop construction documents
Ability to take on technically challenging issues
Perform code and zoning analyses
Review and redline drawings
Produce deliverables without supervision
Coordinate meetings with consultants and clients
Organize and lead site visits and surveys
Requirements:
BA Arch or BS Arch degree required
5+ years professional experience in an Architect’s office
Hospitality experience (Restaurant and Bar is a plus)
Must be proficient in AutoCAD
Understanding of codes and zoning, capable of communicating with DOB and NYC officials.
Capable of detailing building components and construction processes
Be a team leader
Candidates must live in the NYC area and be able to commute to the office, located downtown. We are not accepting remote applicants.
