Ras-a studio is a multidisciplinary design & build studio.  Our portfolio includes various scales of residential, commercial, interior and landscape design.

We are a boutique sized operation and looking for someone that can jump in and be an integral member of our small team.  The candidate should have a broad skill set spanning Architecture and construction management.

Duties will include:

  • Establishing & managing construction budgets — procuring bids from our subcontractors and vendors and managing the budget throughout the build.
  • Establishing & managing construction schedules — coordinating schedules with our subcontractors and the project site supervisor to facilitate the sequencing of the trades and to enforce the schedule is being met.
  • Coordination between the design and construction teams — making sure subcontractors have current drawings & they understand design intent; assist & facilitate RFIs between the design and construction side.
  • Procuring project building materials for items that we purchase directly—e.g. tile, fixtures, etc.

Candidates must meet ALL of these minimum requirements.

  • A college degree in Architecture or Construction
  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate work experience
  • We are looking to hire LOCALLY within the Los Angeles area only

Annual base salary based on experience plus a profit share bonus.
