Alloy Development is currently seeking a Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in design, execution & management for a large-scale mixed-use project in Brooklyn. Applicants must demonstrate strong design & communication skills along with an ability to coordinate all aspects of a project through the design & construction process. The applicant must be task/goal oriented and capable of operating within a larger team to achieve time sensitive tasks daily. This employee will participate with the directors of the company daily.

Skill and Experience

8+ years professional experience
Revit experience is required
Extensive rhino experience required
Adobe Creative Suite is required
Strong project management, design & coordination skills
Experience with large projects is preferred Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in project production
