  • Working with design team on production – including drawing sets, 3D model and rendering, technical documents and FF&E.

 

  • Overall project management on drafting, construction management and communication with clients and trades.
  • Managing scope, bid, change orders, submissions, construction and project timelines
  • Training and mentoring junior staff
  • Contributing and committed to the growth of Bespoke Only

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in an interior/architecture firm.
  • 3+ years of experience in local New York city construction administration
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Enscape and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Detail oriented; Driven; Proactive; Responsible; Self-Starter; Solution Seeker
  • Willing to travel. Must drive.
