HSS is seeking a project manager with 6-10 years of experience.

We are seeking an experienced architect to work full-time leading projects from concept to construction.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
At least five years of post-graduate professional experience, preferably more
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a range of individuals, including clients, consultants, and other architects.
Experience managing project financials effectively, including project budgeting, scheduling and contract negotiations.
Effective client relationship skills for leading and working with diverse teams of designers.
Ability to support technical design and documentation on projects of various sizes and complexities.
Ability to assume responsibility for project correspondence, reports, documentation, and general administration.
Dedication to excellence in design and technical facets of the project.

Other position qualifications include:

Prior experience in all phases of a project, including Construction Documents and Contract Administration.
Prior experience managing the work of consultants.
Prior experience supervising the work of junior staff.
Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Architectural license, passive house accreditation, and/or LEED accreditation is a plus.
Fluency in Revit a plus.
Fluency Arabic a plus.
Flexibility to travel for international projects.
