High End Residential Architect position to manage projects for an employee on maternity leave.  Must have 10 plus years of experience on high end residential experience in the NY market.  The position is in office at our Union Square office. Requires AutoCad, works closely with general contractors, outside architects, etc.  Detailing through the DD and CD process, and playing a lead role in construction administration. Immediate start.
