We are a collaborative team interested in growing our expertise and influence to shape sustainable neighborhood and community settings.
We are searching for a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience across a variety of building types, including multifamily housing and educational. The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience; and be detail-oriented with knowledge of various funding sources and the building and zoning codes that regulate affordable housing, and/or DSA experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Management of client/consultant teams: scopes/tasks, contracts, schedules and budgets.
- Management of internal and consultant teams for 1-4 projects
- Mentorship and support of design team(s) within a collaborative studio environment
- Working with Partners/Principal and design team to ensure ongoing design development and quality control from contract documents through construction
Qualifications/Expectations
- A collaborative working style with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, calendars, and tasks
- Experience leading project teams and clients through all phases of design and construction
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Excel
- Current architectural license required, California preferred
- Familiarity with other 3D modelling and/or collaborative management software preferred
- Strong preference for candidates who demonstrate both multifamily housing (ideally affordable) and educational (public K-12 or higher education) experience
Role
Start Date: on or after October 1, 2025
Annual Salary: Negotiated based on experience; $105,000-125,000
Work Week: Full-time (in office, partial hybrid negotiable after 6 months)
