Architect Associates is a small design studio based in NYC with a diverse range of on-going residential, urban planning, hospitality, and retail projects.
We’re looking for a project manager or architect to oversee the construction of a variety of projects of different scales in a campus-type environment. We need someone with strong communication, analytical and leadership skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail and time management.
The duties will include on-site review to ensure compliance with design intent, managing the construction team’s schedule to adhere to deadlines, tracking deliveries and allocating supplies to the correct job sites, keeping records of budgets and materials, and informing the architect of unforeseen site conditions. Additional design work is available for qualified candidates.
Candidates should have these requirements and a working understanding of the following:
- Work Experience: 3-5 years
- Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager, or an M.Arch Graduate with Project Management or Construction Experience
- Software: AutoCAD, Adobe, Excel, Word
