YOUR IMPACT

CHA’s Land Development team facilitates cooperation among the developer, regulatory agencies, local review boards, consultants, and the community. We give careful consideration to impacts on traffic, stormwater drainage, water and sanitary services, and the environment. With all those moving parts, CHA is the one resource that can plan a project tactically, design it cohesively, permit it seamlessly, and construct it successfully. The Project Landscape Architect position will be located within the Planning and Landscape Architecture Group.  This group services the Land Development and Buildings teams but also Infrastructure and Power sectors and supports projects that increase the sustainability and resiliency of our communities and the environment using a wholistic approach to design that considers the needs of people, flora, and fauna.
