This exceptional individual will have 5+ years of experience designing and detailing modern residential buildings, both single family and multi-family. Responsibilities:
From idea generation, modeling and client presentations to construction drawings and site administration, marketing, and business development. This role is for self-starting leaders who love the potential in architecture and want work variety throughout the week.
Requirements:
Professional education in the field of architecture, B.Arch or M.Arch is required.
5+ years of experience designing and managing custom residential projects
Highly Proficient in Sketchup, Adobe Suite, Autocad and Archicad
Experience with Enscape and Vray rendering software is a plus.
Solid knowledge of building science and construction assemblies for Type V construction.
Experience designing and detailing wood buildings
Strong writing and communication skills are a must
Strong graphic and lettering skills are also a must.
