Mallis Workshop seeks an adept Residential Custom Home Construction Project Coordinator to bolster our team. As Project Coordinator, you will contribute to the overall project success and quality control. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to take on challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with review and interpretation of drawings sets across all disciplines and generate construction drawings / details as required in either Revit or AutoCAD format.
- Collaborate and communicate with MW project team, site superintendents and owner’s design team to ensure project stays within established standards and timelines.RFI and
- Submittal submissions, including producing exhibits, trackings logs and distributing responses as required.
- Review and mark-up shop drawings.
- Assist with RFPs, project documentation and work authorizations.
- Document daily job site activities
- Foster clear communication and maintain relationships with Clients, Consultants, Trades, Suppliers, and Municipal Officials.
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years experience in architecture or related field; construction administration experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read plans and interpret details from multiple disciplines, commensurate with experience.
- Technical problem solving commensurate with experience.
- Revit modeling
- CAD drafting
- Bluebeam and Google suite (email, docs, sheets)
- Knowledge of BuilderTrend a plus
Benefits:
- Salary: $72,000 – $90,000 per year
- 401(k)
- Paid time off
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday
