We are seeking a Project Architect for Studio 3 which specializes in healthcare, education, and cultural projects. Applicants must be strong designers with experience in healthcare projects.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- 8 years minimum professional experience
- Experience with complex inpatient, ambulatory, and academic medical facilities required
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare codes and standards including Article 28, IBC, ANSI, FGI guidelines, and hospital-specific standards
- Strong design ability and graphic presentation skills, and knowledge of contemporary architecture
- Interest in design studies, digital modeling, research, and creative problem solving
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including a deep understanding of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing
- Proficiency in all phases of design and construction
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members and coordinating consultants
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively present ideas
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experienced with 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
- Authorization to work in the US and English fluency

Compensation
At Dattner Architects, you’ll find a workplace that nurtures your growth and celebrates your achievements.
Salary $80,000 -$115,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.

Our flex policy includes a WFH day each week as well as two additional WFH weeks each year.
