The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of new building design from SD through CA in a leadership role within a collaborative team. This is a hands-on role, with room to grow professionally and as part of a community of engaged architects and designers.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- 8 years minimum professional experience
- Proficient in all phases of design and construction
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Experience working with educational clients, particularly K-12 schools
- Team management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Revit
- Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino
- Authorization to work in the US
Compensation
Salary $80,000 -$115,000 commensurate with experience.
