IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

BROOKS + SCARPA ARCHITECTS (Florida Studio)

Brooks + Scarpa is looking for a full-time Project Architect with 5+ years of post-graduate experience. Ability to work with a creative team, produce and oversee construction documentation details, and manage projects through construction.

Eligible candidates must be well-versed in creating construction documentation sets, and have experience working in South Florida – ideally on commercial and multi-family residential projects. Construction administration experience, FL licensure, and familiarity with Revit is highly preferred.

Salary range is $70,000-$100,000, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, Brooks + Scarpa provides fully paid healthcare coverage, 3 weeks paid time off, 6 paid public holidays, and, after vesting, an additional 3% of your annual salary is contributed to your personal 401k plan each year.

This position will require work-from-home until approx. end of January, due to office tenant-improvements being completed. However, applicant must be located within driving distance to Fort Lauderdale, FL as local site visits and meetings may be required. Our newly-built, solar-powered Ft. Lauderdale office is wrapping up construction as we speak – strategically located to work on projects from the Florida Keys up to West Palm Beach – as well as across the country in collaboration with our L.A. office.

We look forward to receiving your applications, and thank you very much for your time!
