We’re a small but mighty design studio with offices in Downtown Phoenix, Dallas, and Helsinki, and we’re on the lookout for a Project Architect with around 8–10 years of experience to join our team.
Our work leans avant-garde, with a focus on mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects — both locally and internationally. We’re serious about design, obsessed with detail, and always up for pushing boundaries. If you thrive in creative environments, love solving technical puzzles, and know your way around a full drawing set, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking the lead on projects from early design through CDs and CA
- Producing top-tier drawing sets — Revit mastery is a must
- Crafting crisp, clear construction details and managing project teams
- Coordinating with cities and agencies for entitlements, zoning, design review, and permits
- Navigating building code and ADA like a pro
- Working closely with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of experience working on complex architectural projects
- High-level Revit skills (seriously, you’ll be using it daily)
- Strong technical chops and an eye for clean detailing
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff
- A solid understanding of how buildings come together — and how to document that
- Comfort with construction administration — you’re not afraid to get your boots dirty
- Someone who can hold their own in meetings with city officials, plan reviewers, and consultants
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on international projects (but not required)
