Halflants + Pichette is an award-winning modern architecture firm with offices in Sarasota and Tampa. We are currently seeking a talented Architect with strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and professional experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
Our studio environment is highly creative, fast-paced, and process-oriented. As a design-build practice, we offer our team the opportunity to engage in every phase of project development—from concept through construction administration.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Project Architect with at least 7 years of experience to work in our Sarasota office. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about thoughtful design and detail execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong design judgment and a passion for architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary studio environment
- Prior experience working in multiple roles within a professional office setting
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support projects of varying scales, from custom modern residences to large-scale, mixed-use commercial developments
- Collaborate across teams to contribute to both design and technical development
- Participate in all phases of project delivery, including construction documentation and on-site coordination
