Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Project Architect to work for us. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, driven, and capable of taking charge. If you are enthusiastic about creating innovative designs and managing projects, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Analysis and Surveys:
Conduct topographical surveys to appreciate onsite plot dimensions and identify BESCOM points, BWSSB water inlet points, and sewage outlet points.
Ensure Vastu Shastra compliance in all designs and layouts.
Design and Planning:
Design floor plans with furniture layouts, considering requirements and enhancing them with architectural aesthetics.
Conceptualize and finalize 3D external views, structural drawings, working plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Documentation and Approvals:
Prepare sanction drawings based on BDA/BBMP/BMRDA/Panchayat or relevant governing authority guidelines and initiate the approval process.
Draft and hand over final sets of drawings, including electrical and plumbing plans, elevation stone cladding, and more.
Project Execution:
Develop creative interior design concepts, select materials, and oversee project execution.
Collaborate with civil contractors to manage construction and ensure compliance with design intent.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Revit, Rhino 3D, Photoshop3D, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Illustrator, or similar software, D5 Render
Strong background in advanced architectural design
Excellent project management and communication skills
Passion for tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of analyzing and offering solutions.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Must be based in Bengaluru, available in Sahakarnagar, project site in tumakuru and koratagere.
Experience: 1 – 2 years
