Steve Gates Architect, LLCWe are seeking passionate, motivated designers with experience in quality commercial and residential architecture with a strong understanding of construction methods. Candidates must be proficient in REVIT, Autocad, Sketchup or Rhino, Adobe Suite, and should be able to communicate in hand sketch form as well. Rendering and excellent presentation skills are strongly considered. We are a small firm, so embracing a large variety of responsibilities is paramount.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or on the path to licensure with professional degree (Masters preferred)
- 5+ years professional experience in architecture firm with some management responsibilities
- Experience in construction administration and contract management
- Experience with budgets, project scheduling, and client management
- Overall positive attitude and ability to adapt to new opportunities
