Responsibilities

  • Design leadership for the vision management, development, and documentation of all components within an architectural project.
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, research, document, and specify comprehensive architectural packages.
  • Provide guidance and coordination for other CLR team members when required to achieve project objectives.
  • Play a role in mentoring and training less experienced staff members in a project context.
  • Efficiently facilitate communication and coordination among the CLR team, project owners, and design sub-consultants.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and support within the design environment.
  • Review project construction in the field and help manage construction administration at the office and at job site meetings.

Qualifications

  • BARCH or MARCH accredited professional degree.
  • Licensure is required for this position.
  • 6-10 years of experience as an architect.
  • Demonstrate expertise across all phases of architectural design including concept development, technical drawing, specifications, and construction administration.
  • Technical proficiency in Revit and other industry standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Digital and/or free-hand sketching & rendering skills a plus.
  • Ability to work from one of our two office locations as required, flexible remote/in-person schedule
  • Willing and able to travel to project sites as necessary.
