As Operations Project Management Principal at PRC, your essential role in the firm, with your assistant executive administrator, is to direct and oversee the efforts of PRC’s regional team of fifteen project managers and their fifteen project management assistants, to guide this team of thirty through PRC’s well-thought-out preconstruction and construction management process. The PRC team of project managers are experienced AED professionals, practiced on the design side prior to crossing over to the construction side with us. As director of PRC’s project management operations, while working closely with three other regional principals, you’ll also have a share of responsibility among principals to direct and manage PRC’s team of retained consultants – including legal, risk management insurance, accounting, technology, and human relations.
The planned annual compensation package for this position is at the $1,000,000 mark, including benefits – profit sharing, health insurance, vehicle, vacation and more. As principal you have a shared equity position in the PRC corporation as well. And the planned annual compensation package for your executive administrator is at the $377,000 mark. Interested?
